Setting up a new family

Setting up a new family on your therapist system is easy. Simply select the “New Child” button on the top left corner and follow 4 simple steps:
1) Enter family information.
2) Define therapy goals.
3) Build the daily program.
4) Decide on subscription or free trial.
That’s all!

Enter family information

This info will appear on your dashboard. Pay attention when you enter the main caregiver email – it will be used to invite him/her to the app and as their username on the app.

Define therapy targets

You can now define SMART targets:
1) Specific
2) Motivational
3) Agreed
4) Realistic
5) Time-based
You can also skip this phase, or save to complete later (e.g. with the caregivers).

Build the daily program

Here you can match a sensory activity to a child’s daily routine. You can select a routine from the drop-down menu or type your own text. Then you can set the time for the activity. The family could later edit the time and adjust it to their own family schedule.

When you select “Choose Activity” you will be able to select specific illustrated activities color coded according to the sensory system, or add your own images. You can also coach the family using the “Family View” on the right.

Decide on subscription

You are almost done! Your last step is to decide if you wish to manage the subscription for your clients so they get the app fully open for the duration you choose. Alternatively you can let them manage the subscription, in which case they get the app with 2 weeks free trial, with a sample of the illustrated activities and they can purchase the subscription from within the app. As a therapist you can purchase monthly subscription credits at lower costs (view pricing). You can later allocate any number of credits to any client that is associated to your account.

Once you select “Done”, an invitation email will be sent to your client. You can edit the content of this email at the lower part of the screen.
The invitation also includes a consent that your client needs to give according to HIPAA so we can let you have access to their data.
