Managing subscriptions
The therapists system is free! You can use it for setting up and monitoring families at no cost. The caregiver’s app comes with 2 weeks free trial, that includes access to about 25% of the illustrated activities (several activities from each sensory category). Each carryover program you create is good for one child. It can be accessed by any number of caregivers using any number of smartphones, without having to pay for each caregiver.
After the trial, a subscription is needed. Subscriptions can be purchased either by the caregivers through the AppStore or GooglePlay, or by you through your therapist system. Caregivers can purchase pre-paid subscriptions for a fixed duration of: 3, 6 or 12 months. You can purchase any number of monthly credits you want for your therapist account. Pricing for therapists starts at a similar level to the caregivers’ 12 months package, but therapists also enjoy volume discounts on monthly credits: view pricing.
You can then allocate these credits from your therapist account to your clients. You can do that during the initial setup of a new family: |
