Home programs are forever changing. Adapted to child’s current needs and caregivers’ motivation and availability. With that, practitioners need to adapt the program. Here is how:
Open the family’s card on your dash, then select the <Edit> button that appears on the right end of the “Therapy Program” subtitle. If you are doing this together with the family during a session (recommended) you may want to hide the cards of other families using the double arrow button that appears above the list of cards on your left panel.
Edit the program
You can now edit the program. Change, delete or add new activities. Choose or type family routines that you wish to match the activity with (recommended for higher adherence). Then edit the time of the reminder (the family can later edit this time through their app). Choose the activity column in order to choose specific activities.
Select the sensory category and then select specific illustrated activities, color coded according to the sensory category. You can also add your own images. The activities you choose will appear on the “Family View” on the right side.
Save and move on to the next activity. The new program will be updated on the family’s app automatically.
